Choose how much of us you need
A one-time Roadmap, a single project, an ongoing partnership, or a fractional CMO with a team behind him. The same senior people, at the level that fits where you are.

Most agencies sell you a package and hope it fits. We would rather agree what you actually need first, then start there, and grow only when it earns its place.
No surprises on price. We agree the scope and the cost before any work starts.

Not sure where to begin?
Start with a Growth Roadmap
Most people do not arrive knowing exactly what they need, and that is fine. We run a growth session with your team, then build you a twelve-month marketing roadmap with your first three months mapped in detail. The specific work, in the order that makes sense.
- A growth session with your team
- A twelve-month roadmap
- Your first three months, scoped in detail
- Yours to keep, with us or without us
£1,500 one time
Take the plan and run with it in-house, or bring us in to deliver it. Go on to a fractional CMO engagement and the £1,500 comes off your first month. Either way, you leave with a plan worth having.
The ways to work
One senior team. Choose how much of it you need.
Start with one piece of work, or bring us in every month. The same people are on it either way. Not sure? Most teams start with the Roadmap above, or an ongoing partnership, and we guide you from there.
Which sounds like you?
One thing
A one-off project
A single piece of work, scoped and priced on its own.
- A positioning sprint, a campaign, a video, a page
- Senior hands on it, not a trainee
- A fixed scope and price, no strings
- Turned around in weeks, not months
From £3,000 per project
The hands · Where most teams start
An ongoing partnership
A senior team that runs your marketing, month to month.
- A strategist, SEO, CRM, design and content in one team
- The work flexes to the plan, not a fixed post count
- Not sure where to focus? we guide you
From £850 per month
One day a month to keep your channels honest and a proper check-in, and most clients settle on around five days once there is real work on. You set the level.
The brain
A fractional CMO
A senior leader who owns your strategy and roadmap.
- Discovery, strategy and the agile roadmap
- Ken, twenty-five years in B2B across the UK and Europe
- The marketing story your board and investors hear
- Delivery stays in-house, or add the team
£5,000 per month
That is around five days of Ken, and it flexes with what the month needs. The £1,500 Roadmap comes off your first month.
Both · The full picture
A fractional CMO and the team
The leader and the team, planning and delivering.
Everything in the partnership, plus Ken owning the strategy.
- Ken leads, the team ships
- Direction and delivery as one accountable unit
- Someone senior your board can hear from
£8,000 per month
Ken plus the team, and the days flex the same way. The £1,500 Roadmap comes off your first month.
Your £1,500 back. Start with a Growth Roadmap, then continue on a fractional CMO engagement, and the whole £1,500 comes off your first month. The plan pays for itself.

Why a fractional CMO
Why ours works differently to the usual kind
A traditional marketing plan is a year long and set in advance, which means it is usually wrong by month four. We build an agile plan around your next three months, in detail, while keeping the longer horizon in view.
When the market moves, or you change your mind, we change the route rather than defend the plan. That freedom to adjust is what makes a senior marketing leader worth having inside the business, rather than a document that ages on a shelf.

How starting works
From hello to a plan you trust
No long onboarding, no forms in triplicate. Four steps, and you can stop at any of them.
-
A quick conversation
Tell us where you are and what feels off. A short message or a call, whichever suits you.
-
A growth session
We sit with you and your team, look at the business honestly, and agree what you actually need. If now is not the right time, we will say so.
-
Your plan and your price
You get a roadmap and a clear scope, with the cost agreed before any work starts. No surprises.
-
Choose your way
Take the plan and run with it, or pick the way to work that fits. Start small, and grow when it earns its place.
Who you actually work with
A small senior team, and no layers
The same people are on your work whichever way you choose. There is no account manager relaying messages to someone you never meet. This is who is on it.

Ken Ross
Founder and CEO
Twenty-five years in B2B marketing across the UK and Europe, most of it spent turning complicated businesses into ones people understand. He sets the strategy and positioning, and takes the Fractional CMO seat.

Marwa Souissi
Managing Director, Data and Systems
She runs the business day to day, and owns the data, CRM and systems underneath it. Give her a messy pipeline or a half-working setup and she turns it into something a team can run on.

Caroline
Operations and Finance
Runs operations and finance, plus the quality checks that keep us honest. Also the source of the flapjacks the rest of us plan our week around.

Jack
Design and Development
He builds the things you see and the templates underneath them. Far happier in code than in a one-line bio, which probably shows.

Sarah
Writing and Social
She makes the words sound like a person wrote them, on the hub and across LinkedIn. Out of hours she runs Parkrun and a faintly competitive step count.

Yogi
Head of Wellbeing
Mascot and morale department. Contributes by existing, which turns out to be plenty.
How we actually work
Fast, honest, and run by people
A few things run through every way of working with us. We read the data before we trust an opinion, our own included. We use AI every day to handle the first drafts and the grind of research, so a small senior team can do the work of a much larger one, while a person owns every decision that reaches you. That last part is the whole idea behind Human in the loop, the thinking we write about. The tools let a small team move like a big one. The people keep the work honest. You get the speed of software and the judgment of a team that has done this for years.

Useful answers
The things people ask first
Clear answers, before we speak
How much does a fractional CMO cost in the UK?
Ours is £5,000 a month for the strategy and leadership on its own, or £8,000 a month with our team delivering the work too. A solo fractional CMO who only advises often costs about the same for strategy alone, so the version with the team gives you a leader and the hands to act on the plan.
What is the difference between a fractional CMO and a marketing agency?
A fractional CMO is a senior leader who owns your marketing direction part time. An agency is a team that delivers the work. Most of the market makes you choose one or the other. We do both, so you can have Ken owning the direction with the team underneath him doing the delivery, and the strategy becomes work instead of a document.
What is a Growth Roadmap, and what does the £1,500 get me?
A one-time plan. We run a growth session with your team, then build a twelve-month Roadmap with your first three months scoped in detail. You can take it and run in-house, or work with us, and if you go on to a fractional CMO engagement the £1,500 comes off your first month. Either way you leave with a plan worth having.
Can I just get one thing built, without anything ongoing?
Yes. A one-off project is a single piece of work, a campaign, a video, a page, a positioning sprint, scoped and priced on its own from £3,000. Senior people do it, it is built for you, and there are no strings once it is done.
How does the ongoing partnership price work?
It starts from £850 a month, which is one day a month to keep your channels honest and give you a proper check-in. Most clients settle on around five days a month once there is real work on, and you set the level, so the cost tracks what the month actually needs. It runs month to month rather than on a fixed list of deliverables.
I do not know exactly what I need. Where do I start?
Most people are in exactly that spot. Start with a Growth Roadmap to get a clear plan, or an ongoing partnership and we will guide where the effort goes. You do not need to have it worked out before you talk to us.
Why agile three-month plans instead of a yearly one?
Because a year-long plan set in advance is usually wrong by month four. We plan the next three months in detail and keep the longer goal in view, then change the route when the market or your thinking changes. That freedom to adjust is what makes a senior marketing leader worth having.
Can I move between the ways?
Yes. These are levels of commitment, not separate products, so you can step up or down as things change. The common paths are a roadmap that turns into a partnership, or a partnership that adds Ken in the leadership seat as the stakes rise.
Do you tie me into a long contract?
We don’t rely on long lock-ins to keep clients. The monthly ways run on a rolling basis, and you can step up or down as things change. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a year you have outgrown.
Do you work with companies outside the UK?
Yes. We work with B2B teams across the UK, Europe and the Gulf. The way of working is the same wherever you are, only the schedule and the market context change.

Your next step
Not sure which one? That is the normal place to start.
Tell us where you are and what is not working. We will point you to the one that fits, agree the scope and price before anything begins, and be honest if now is not your moment. No pressure either way.
