Long story short, like most companies, we use some analytics tools to learn more about our website. None of these tools identify you personally. They include Google Analytics and Hotjar.

Do we hold any personal information about you?

First and foremost, you’d probably like to know what, if any, personal information we have stored about you already. If we do have any personal information stored on you, you’ll see a chat bubble at the bottom of the screen. Click the button in the chat bubble and we’ll send you an email with all the details we have stored on you. If a Chat bubble is not present at the bottom of the screen, we don’t hold any personal details on you.

If we do have your personal information on our database where did it come from?

Our mailing list has grown organically over the years. We’ve never bought mailing lists for any third parties. If you are on our mailing list it’s because someone in your company got talking with someone in ours.

If we do have your personal information on our database what will we do with it?

We may continue to mail you occasionally on the basis that we’re delivering information that is of legitimate interest to you. You can opt-out at any time. Just use the one click unsubscribe to opt-out in any marketing mail we send you. After May 25th 2018, you’ll only be added to our database if you’ve provided clear and unambiguous consent.

The way we manage and store any personal data you entrust us with is really important to us. If you have any suggestions that might help us improve our data usage policies we’d like to hear from you.
